I have +- 25 years in the communications industry covering Agency Operations; Retail; Account Management; PR; Event Management & Marketing.
I joined the Checkers marketing team straight from school... & went on to join the Shoprite advertising agency with Darryl Fine - we worked hard, never missed a deadline & took Shoprite from 16 stores to +380 stores - always designing campaigns that were measurable. I moved on to FCBActiv and launched Shoprite into Africa with all their brands.
Then came BBDO team where we relaunched & separated the Checkers brand & where I actively served on the Management team with NIc Bednal as MD. The Checkers account moved on & I stayed on as GM of O...
