• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems / Polycom & Cisco encompassing 20+ rooms • Document Standard Operating Procedures for each facility and system • Identify any equipment in need of corrective repairs and communicate to directives • Coordinate upgrades and new installs • Schedule conference rooms via Sharepoint and maximizing and reconfiguring space as needed • Schedule and assign conference ID’s for audio telcons and VTC’s in a web based Cisco App and provide that information in a timely manner to the client • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate internal and external presentation activities • Provide support in the development of syst...
