I've been a rental owner since 1997. I became a licensed Realtor in 1998, working for two large northwest firms. In 2002 I branched out on my own and am currently the owner of KJK Properties, P.C. We relocated in 2013 to Southeast Portland. I sell homes and investment properties for my clients and manage several detached houses, duplexes, and apartments (a total of about 90 "doors" give or take a few).
