I am an experienced and driven public health professional with skills in epidemiology, biostatistics, evidence based public health planning, qualitative research., and organizational leadership. My passion lies in social epidemiology, chronic disease prevention, and building organizational capacity. I am able to research complex topics, quickly make sense of the information and communicate it with a variety of audiences. I am naturally inclined to innovation and seek change, rather than avoiding it.
I'm currently ABD in my DrPH. I am studying how academic and local health department partnerships can enhance core public health functions and would love to hear from anyone on this topic.
