A qualified Health Coach I work with individuals and groups wishing to make long term changes to their health and well-being. I also conduct workshops on living a healthful life and supporting people to take back control of their lives, their time, surroundings and quality of health.
As a Health Coach my focus is stress and health management with particular attention to the impact that stress has on our body along with other chronic disease conditions such as obesity, heart disease, cancer and mental illness.
