I love talent acquisition. I tried a lot of different careers before falling into recruiting, and it felt like I鈥檇 finally landed on the right planet. Working closely with engineers I learned there is a place for someone who is pushy, take charge, highly inventive, creative, but also a great communicator who loves meeting new people. Where I used to try to be 鈥渓ess blunt鈥�, I now find myself appreciated for being direct and straightforward. I am now in an industry where there can always be more process, and organization.
