Kaitlyn was introduced to marketing early in college, but that wasn't the original plan. While studying physical therapy at the University of Central Florida, it dawned on her that sales and marketing was her calling. With some thought, she changed her major to marketing. She now describes marketing as, "The colorful side of business."
Her first introduction to marketing was as the Director of Marketing for a large dermatology group in Orlando. Over the two and a half years with them, Kaitlyn launched a sunscreen product and helped the dermatology group double in size.
