Kaleab achieved his B.A degree in Business Administration in 2006 from Mekelle University (Ethiopia). After graduation in 2006, he stay focused on updating himself by taking several short-term International and Local course in Ethiopia and abroad in Sweden. He is trained on several topics including human resource management, leadership, Ethiopian labor law, organizational change and renewal, Contract management, ISO quality management, NGO award Management, Performance Management and many more.
