Striving to strengthen the efforts for sustaining the quality of higher education nationwide for the last decade; I have the pride of working with nine prestigious organizations mainly in research, teaching, management and capacity building; thus gained competence as a specialist in Human Resource Development from Disaster Management Perspective. Currently, I am working on the same research lines in PhD at a leading Malaysian university. University Technology, Malaysia is enjoying the Research University status since 2010.
