2) Understanding Business Vision and Product Vision.
3) Creation Business Model Canvas, Product Canvas and Product Backlog.
4) Create User proposition to formulate minimum viable product.
5) Creating Persona's and test using hypothesis, A/B testing
6) Writing User Stories, Collaborating dev, testing, BPM, services and operations team to have end to end view of functionalities.
