Have had very successful stints with Ceat Limited from 1983-1993 and achieved the distinction of being the youngest Regional Manager in the country, successfully handled family lands in the Rural of Punjab from 1993-2001. Good Leadership qualities and an ability to rally around myself a good team who are loyal and high on Integrity have had very distinct tenures in my professional life 10 yrs with Ceat Ltd, 10 yrs on my Lands and 11yrs with the Aldobowi and Infinity Groups - these being sister concerns. I would also like to point out that within Aldobowi and Infinity i also have had the distinction of being the ONLY employee who has been transferred between the groups.
