The Training Department is part of Group Compliance which role is to define the norms and standards as regards Compliance, to advise, and supervise.
Missions:
- Contribution to the adequate Compliance training of the personal in the Function and Group
- Design of the training / communication logistical media
My role:
- Organize internal on-site trainings: 2 Newcomers Seminars & 6 Experts Sessions (10 to 130 international participants) both in France and abroad (2,500 to 25,000 EUR budgets)
- Help to set up 3 Experts Sessions via WebEx
