鉁縆ariza Samson Maniago was born on August 14, 1989, in Angeles City, Pampanga. She is the eldest among the three children of Willie Pineda Maniago and Myrna Samson Maniago. She had her secondary Academy, a Catholic school, where she was molded with the values of prayer and work. She had studied college at Angeles University Foundation, where she took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing and graduated in 2010. In the same year, she had passed the Nursing Licensure Examination. Later that year, she decided to take up Masters in Nursing at Angeles University Foundation.
