I help organizations create great user experiences (UX), and interaction designs (IxD). I work with the user-centered design processes, and Lean Startup / Lean UX methods to quickly validate assumptions and track progress, to design what has value for both the user and the business. I gather and evaluate user research, which includes analyzing web data and creating A|B tests. I also construct research plans; recruit participants, write moderator scripts/test plans, conduct interviews and Listening Labs; manage surveys/questionnaires; monitor user comments; and administer remote user testing.
