I am a director for public affairs and communications in a Finnish affiliate of a Danish origin pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk. To become a lobbyist (yes, I am proud of being one!) for global pharmaceutical industry has been interesting and eventful journey. I graduated in social sciences, specializing in Finnish war history. I started studying communications but found political history more interesting – my love for good stories got the better of me. Despite my lack of actual academic degree, communications in many different forms has played a key role during my career. I have a background both in public and private sector.
