I was working as System Admin in EniT With taking Responsibility of Whole IT Department.Which Includes Managing LINUX servers, Windows Clients and UNIX Workstations.
Work includes Configuration & Maintenance of many Linux services like Samba, Squid, FTP and Backuppc.
We were using many Open source Applications which play vital role in IT Infrastructure and Maintenance.
Troubleshooting requests via mail/phone is an important aspect of the work which enhances our ability of multitasking and resolving the issues.
