Karyll Johnston-Aitcheson has over twelve years of experience managing projects and providing advisory services on program design, work plan preparation, and performance and monitoring evaluation frameworks. She spent much of her career implementing USAID funded programs in Jamaica in the areas of climate change, sustainable agriculture, eco-tourism management, watershed management, biodiversity conservation and management, protected areas management, agro forestry, natural resource valuation, and land management.
