I graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland) with MA in Archaeology/Conservation of Archaeological Objects in 2006. After moving to Ireland in 2007 I started to work for a private conservation laboratory Archconlabs Ltd. owned by archaeological consultancy Margaret Gowen & Co. Ltd, based in Dublin. My work there involved a large amount of practical conservation. The range of materials that I had a chance to conserve for Archconlabs includes metals, wood, leather, textiles, ceramic, stone and composite objects.
