Assist the Director in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the operations and services of the library. Act as director when she is not available. Duties include (but are not limited to): Supervision of staff; resolving HR issues & disputes; paying bills; processing payroll; assisting in filling all annual reports & grants; implementing majority of Public Relations and media campaigns, ads and commercials for library; supervise and maintain library's social media presence through the use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube; and creating and executing adult, teen & children programs.
