My career started with credit card banks. The Bank of New York in 1994; MBNA in 1997; and First USA/Bank One in 2001.
I switched gears in 2003 becoming an Administrative Assistant with Conectiv/Pepco Holdings, Inc. I was promoted to Communications Assistant in 2008, Communications Assistant II in 2009 and Associate Media Representative in 2011.
In February 2012, I was promoted into a new department as the Social Media Learning Specialist for internal networks.
In September 2013 I was tapped to become part of the training team for our new customer information system (CIS) implementation.
Currently, I act as training support systems administrator for CIS end users.
