Mr. Tarhan has over 20 years of business experience in Turkey, most recently having served as Development Director of the Turkish operations of Renewable Energy Systems Ltd., a leading global renewable energy company and a subsidiary of Sir Robert McAlpine. As Development Director of RES, Mr. Tarhan led all the company鈥檚 activities in Turkey, acquiring a 750MW wind energy license portfolio from a leading international energy company that was sold, representing a significant internal rate of return.
