I currently work as a teaching assistant on the New Media courses at the Rhodes University School of Journalism and Media studies as well as a full-time Masters' student at the school.
I am also the website editor for local Grahamstown community newspaper Grocott's Mail.
Before joining Rhodes University as a staff member, I also worked as a video and print journalist for Grocott's Mail alongside web editing duties.
I have loved media research since I started my BA in 2010. I specialized in Television Journalism, but now that I have started an academically-oriented postgraduate degree I have immersed myself in the world of media research. I probably won't leave it for a long time.
