The primary role of the Manufacturing Development Specialist is to, on
behalf of the packaging departmental leadership team and the support of the regional senior executive team, identify, co-ordinate and actively
participate in strategic & systemic level value chain improvement initiatives and to provide leadership for the implementation of prioritised Strategic Intents from the Divisional Manufacturing Strategy for NEWLANDS Packaging Department as well as NEWLANDS as a region.
