I have been working with databases since 1985 and have experience of both small and large application deployments. Ingres has been the primary database that I have worked on for the last 18 years. Tuning and troubleshooting have been part of my role for the last 15 years.
Most recently I have worked with Vector and the BI tools Tableau, Qlik and PowerBI amongst the many.
With the emphasis on the Actian OLTP , Actian Vector and most recently the Actian X database that combines OLTP, Geospatial AND High performance Analytic capabilities . This together with the Hadoop version of Vector and newly place Actian DataConnect that brings with it a fantastic A2A and B2B integration capability.
