I鈥檓 a Professional Health Coach.
My Principle area of focus is helping Cancer survivors recover using a natural holistic approach.
I also work with people to help them lose weight, get more sleep, quit smoking, reduce stress or get more exercise.
I coach clients within a co-active relationship, where trust, confidentiality, truthfulness and accountability are paramount. We work together over a period to achieve goals that the client identifies as important to them.
