Chef Ken Immer, CCHE is the co-founder of Culinary Health Solutions. First graduating from Johnson & Wales University, he began his career in traditional restaurants, studying French Haute Cuisine, he learned the fundamentals of cooking and honed his skills at such Charleston restaurants as the infamous Restaurant Million, and later, Slightly North of Broad, and High Cotton under the auspices of the esteemed Chef Frank Lee.
