I enjoy EMS as one can see. I have always have had the want to help others. I started early in my teens becoming certified in First Aid. As I grew older I had friends that were in the fire service, who got me interested in becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. I soon found myself a licensed/certified EMT, then down the line becoming a Paramedic. My position as a staff paramedic and an EMS educator have expanded my horizons on so many levels. I have been able to expand capabilities as a clinician, educator, and a manager. I continually strive to keep up on all changes that are occurring in the industry.
