Kendall went to undergraduate school at the University of Missouri-Columbia, majoring in Health Care Administration, his MBA from William Woods University in 1995, received his professional Fellow from the American College of Health Care Administrators (1998), and completed his PhD work in Health Care Administration from Kennedy Western University (2006).
