I am a business analyst and data analyst. The people side of sociotechnical systems spark my interest, and I work to achieve the kind of clarity which underpins effective collaboration. Languages spoken on either side of the business and technology border, the things left unsaid when clients describe their pain points, and the cultivation of focus which enables teams to turn strategy into MVP: many of these are challenges of communication. I see my role as a facilitator and translator who helps bridge gaps: between customers and implementers, between the braille of enterprise data and the theatre of a narrative, between a pain point and its relief.
