Some of my key responsibilities at the GDC include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide 1st level troubleshooting for calls that come in to the Service Desk.
Collaborate with the other units of iGovTT to provide technical support and information as it relates to GovNeTT (Government Wide Area Network of Trinidad and Tobago).
Ensure that our Alliance Partners work within the parameters of the existing SLAs to ensure resolution to various network related incidents.
