I am a doctor of Counseling Psychology, currently living in Midland, Texas and working as a tenure-track assistant professor of psychology at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
I'm originally from Indiana -- born and raised. I recently finished a Ph.D. in counseling psychology and accruing hours for licensure as a psychologist while completing a postdoctoral residency as a substance abuse counselor for The Watershed in Boynton Beach. I love what I do for a living. I've always enjoyed talking with others and hearing different perspectives on things, plus I enjoy helping people. So psychology is pretty central to my identity.
