I have spent my entire adult life as a leader in various ministry/educational settings, committed to the Gospel message and the principles that support Christ-centered, effective leadership. I develop programs, recruit volunteers, and nurture the development of fully engaged partners. I create budgets, raise funds, coordinate and market annual conferences and large events, and train leaders for safe environment education.
