I form part of a high performance and culturally diverse team that analyses and improves all metallurgical operations at the BHP Billiton Metalloys Smelters. I'm also in the process of completing an M Eng in Industrial Engineering. I have a unique confidence to engage people at various levels of an organization, to understand a vision and encapsulate it in to workable parts. I love challenges and have a deep desire to constantly be learning and stretching my mind.
