Currently I am doing my Ph.D. in HR from the university of Waikato, New Zealand (www.waikato.ac.nz).
The purpose of my research is to determine what expectations individuals have regarding their relationship with their employing organizations, supervisors and co-workers. Secondly the study will look into how these expectations shape our attitudes and behaviors towards these entities. I am specifically focusing on commitment and discretionary efforts directed towards these three entities.
