Having done my graduation,joined Habib Bank Limited as trainee Officer.Shifted to Allied Bank Limited in 1974.In 1991,I poineered a first-ever Staff's Shares Option Plan and led a movement,with success, to buy the majority Shares from the Goverment of Pakistan in the wake of Privitization Policy.Was elected as Chairman and Chief Exective Officer(CEO) by 98 % of over 8000 staff memebers,running over 800 branches.Retired in 1995 but not tired of playing my humble role towards the welfare of the society.
