Initially in a purely R&D role and then delivering large IT and business change projects to large public and private organisations before working with collaborative social technologies within Accenture. I joined eSocialMedia as a partner in 2011, London's first dedicated social media consultancy. I joined Deloitte Digital Ireland as head of social in 2015.
