I'm an Oracle database developer at Cegal Danmark, specializing in utilizing the SQL and PL/SQL languages to the fullest for efficient data manipulation and analysis. Not just for performance, but also for better maintenance of applications over time, putting SQL wrapped inside a PL/SQL API containing business logic for User Interface to call - this method saves a lot as business logic can be reused when UI often needs change.
In general I develop applications with the Oracle database in focus, often integrating the database directly with other apps or webservices, letting the database consume data from other sources or produce data for other targets.
