KK Gan is a highly motivated individual with 16 years extensive semiconductor work experience especially in wafer fab Product Engineering, QRA and Foundry management whereby he had set up two 12 inch wafer FA & RE labs for China, Shanghai & Wuhan SMIC fab. As a Foundry Outsourcing Senior Manager in Silterra Malaysia, he managed and drive the overall technology transfer, process & tool qualification, process control set up, production planning and ramp up, WIP movement, yield enhancement and quality assurance in China, WuXi CSMC 8 inch wafer foundry to ensure high yield & quality and reliability qualified wafer and on time wafers delivery to end customer.
