A ward nurse for 15 years, before moving into business change management. Since then, I have been successfully managing change, projects and programmes in the NHS, in both acute and primary care as well as at SHA level. My strengths include a comprehensive understanding of clinical and non-clinical NHS processes and culture, and ability to enable change within it.
