I am an executive coach who fosters the growth and development of emerging leaders, typically those at director through SVP levels. I help organizations and people become better at what they do in both one-on-one and group settings.
My background spans more than 20 years as a coach, senior human resources leader and management consultant. I have an MBA from Chicago Booth, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
