In my UX role I always put the customer and their needs first. I conduct research including user testing, user interviews, contextual enquiries etc... I also develop UX artefacts including personas, wireframes, experience maps, userflows and more. I develop working prototypes and have experience with responsive design.
In my role as General Manager I am responsible for HR and various admin and finance duties.
My own passions in the industry are product development and user experience. I also have deep experience in project management, editorial, social, strategy development, advertising and marketing.
