For me, the rewards and challenges of teaching is the knowledge that I have had some influence on the personal and academic development of the children I teach. As a highly motivated and passionate teacher with over 16 years of experience teaching children mostly aged 0-11 I am able to use a range of behaviour management techniques such as agreed rules and positive reinforcement strategies to establish a calm, comfortable and supportive environment for my pupils. I pride myself on my flexibility and my enthusiasm to learn and grow as a teacher.
