Born and grew up in Samnanger (Haga), a beautiful place just outside Bergen on the West coast of Norway. Lived there for 25 years. Managed the local football club for 3 years. Played in a couple of local rock bands while at university. BA in languages University of Bergen. While studying, got inspired by great vision for world peace. Still inspired! Have worked in pursuit of this vision in places like Great Britain, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Bulgaria and Romania. Met sweetheart and better half Marietta (French) in London 1978. 6 great kids, 4 great daughters-in-law, 1 great son-in-law and 3 oh so cute grandchildren, as well as great in-laws in Pas-de-Calais, Maryland, Paris, Sao P
