Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on digital strategy, user experience, emerging web technologies, and multi-channel campaigns
- Assess clients’ existing digital programs and provide strategic recommendations for improvement, implementing and employing analytic data where relevant
- Help clients and internal team members understand digital opportunities, priorities, and tradeoffs given goals, timing, budget, and available resources
- Create accurate project scopes, timelines, and estimates
- Develop, direct, and inspire a team of producers, analysts, and strategists committed to producing high-quality, multi-channel, user-centric digital work
