Ironic that the majority of passionate people can boil themselves down to a few words.
I firmly believe that as an educator, my responsibility to the students I teach and the community as a whole is to nurture balanced and skillful critical thinkers.
To do that, we need to teach our learners the value of self-discipline and creativity - not an easy task in todays' prescriptive climate, but doable.
