T.C. is an experienced vocational educator and a Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM). He was elected as the Honorary Secretary of HKIBIM since 2011. In 2015, he was elected as the Vice-chairman.
He is working in a leading vocational education provider in Hong Kong. He had been the course coordinator of the Higher Diploma in Architectural Design and Technology.
