As a program manager He has successfully led and manage over 35 different projects funded by USAID, GIZ, UN, Honeywell, Provincial reconstruction teams, Government of Afghanistan and other private sector companies.He has developed training demand assessment survey reports of over 700 private sector companies in 4 major cities of Afghanistan and assisted the training units in development and adaptation of over 35 competency based curriculum as per requirement of Afghan job market.
