Lam has 16 years鈥� experience after graduate studies in environmental engineering from the University of Queensland鈥檚 School of Chemical Engineering. He is NEMA certified environmental (EIA and auditing) practitioner and registered Professional Engineer in Uganda. Lam is also a registered consultant of the World Bank (No: UPI 452703).
He has led EIA, SIA and RAP studies for numerous oil and gas and energy projects including Ayago HPP; Isimba HPP; Muzizi HPP; Nyamughasana-2 HPP, Mputa Thermal Power Plant air & noise modeling; Namanve Thermal Power Plant noise, air quality impact assessment; Bugoye HPP air & noise assessment and Nengo HPP air & noise assessment.
