My first career was as an Air Force officer. Upon completion of my AF commitment, I moved into construction as a residential construction superintendent. Later I transitioned into Quality Control Management for Hunt Building. 12 years later I was recruited by Actus Lend Lease to be the VP/Director of Quality Management & Technical Training. In 2008 American Contractors Insurance Group (ACIG) selected me as their Quality Assurance Director and Consultant.
