I believe there is a natural order to all things. A way in which when followed delivers us to that which we seek. It is not necessarily an easy road but one that should be followed because intrinsically it make the most sense to us.
Yoga is that for me. It makes the most sense and when I began to shift and want more for my body and practice I developed Fuller Yoga. Fuller Yoga kinesthetically makes sense. It may not be easy in the beginning as the body is tight and opening in any new way is always challenging but in the end it you will find this becomes that, pose begets pose and the flow that follows is as natural as the currents of the ocean.
